Where we ship

We ship from Sweden to addresses in Sweden and in every country of the European Union.

Every order starts with a personal enquiry, so we confirm the delivery cost and the expected delivery time for your address before you pay.

Packing

Each piece is wrapped by hand in recyclable paper. Paintings are packed flat between protective boards.

Returns

You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Tell us by email within that time, then send the piece back unused and in its original condition.

We refund the price of the piece within 14 days of receiving the return. Unless the piece arrived damaged or faulty, the cost of return shipping is yours.

Pieces made to order or customised for you can't be returned unless they are faulty.

Damaged or faulty pieces

If a piece arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
